Mission Statement
The mission of our agency
is to determine the support needs of Livingston County persons with
developmental disabilities, and to meet these needs by working in
close partnership with affiliated service agencies.

Referral/Eligibility
Services and assistance
are available to all Livingston County persons who have a developmental
disability as defined by Section 630.005 of the Revised Missouri
Statutes. There is no financial means-testing for services, and
services are available to all age levels.

Meetings
Board meetings take place
at 5:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of the month in the following
months:

All meetings take place at the New Horizons office at 920 Clinefelter
in Chillicothe, and all meetings are open to the public per the
Missouri Sunshine Law, unless otherwise indicated.
