Our mission is to interpret and implement Jackson County’s enabling legislation to support individuals with developmental disabilities through community education and services that enhance dignity, respect choices, and increase opportunities, independence and integration.

Board of Directors Meetings

Board meetings take place at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the JCBS Administrative Offices at 8508 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, MO.
